For example, the Depressive would forget about the Survival skill and sit down by a stream staring at the water.

The exception to the failed skill rule is the Obsessive Compulsive. He will complete the skill successfully, then
move on singlemindedly to the next aspect of the problem, but in a useless fashion.
GM secretly rolls a D100 and scale (minutes, turns or hours) that the episode will last.
Only after that time can the PC attempt Will saves to snap out of it.
DC = 30, +2 per previous failed save. (Can be Re-attempted once per Scale-Unit) thereafter till good.
