Objective:
1. This subject aims to provide students with an understanding of the strategic management process and its implications in shipping operations and management, to foster students’ capabilities of identification of questions and problem resolution.
2. This subject uses case studies to familiarize students with the fundamental knowledge and theory of strategic management and how they can be applied to help shipping companies achieve organizational goal in the world’s marketplace.

Teaching Method:
