Objective: This course focuses on understanding the role of varying ingredients and factors in the metabolic process, as well as their impact on animal health and reproduction, in addition to improving the productivity of the aquaculture industry.
Course Prerequisites: Biology
Outline:
The course includes relevant knowledge of glycolysis, citric acid cycle, fatty acid metabolism, amino acid biosynthesis and catabolism, nucleotide biosynthesis and catabolism and others. Finally, common molecular biotechnology experimental protocol and metabolic research will be described.
Teaching Method:
Lectures and oral presentations.
