Objective:
After the academic semester, students in this class are expected to
1. Have in-depth knowledge on the port operation practice and management,
2. Understand theories and practices on port planning and development,
3. Learn the port planning and design skills.
Course Prerequisites: None
Outline: Port English Terms are firstly introduced in the first half of this semester. Two English port management books are then introduced to the students in the second half of this semester. Students of this class are expected to know both function and practices of the hardware and software of port management and port planning.
