Objective: The purpose of this course is to enable the students to gain a thorough understanding of the description of position, displacement, velocity, and acceleration of particles or rigid bodies (kinematics). The concepts of the relationship between the applied forces and the kinemtatic behavior of the particles or rigid bodies are provided in this course (kinetics). Three methods are covered in the course, which include force and acceleration, work and energy, and impulse and momentum. The 3D kinematics and kinetics are also introduced in this course.
Course Prerequisites: None
