Course Description and Goals:
This course enables students to understand the fishery product market and the current consumption of fishery products, and learn from examples to ensure the safety and quality of fishery products in response to consumer demand. Using the above knowledge, students are encouraged to develop marketing strategies that reflect the benefits of the fishery industry.
The survey method is explained in order to grasp consumer needs. Japan and Taiwan are used as examples to introduce sales strategies for consumers who want to ensure the safety and quality of aquatic products.
