Course Description and Goals:
The purpose of the course is to guide students in understanding the laws and regulations of ocean administration. This course is designed to familiarize students with the current international and domestic framework. The students will understand related the concepts, principles, and the lawful basis of ocean administration. As a result of completing this course, students will be able to draft legislative plan for an issue or a policy campaign.
