Course Description and Goals:
This course aims to teach the theory, practice and application of various topics of marine environmental protection law through lectures, reports and discussions by teachers. In addition to introducing international norms and systems, the course will conduct a more in-depth analysis of my country's domestic laws and related practices. In addition to lectures and class discussions, group presentations will also be used to enable students to make full use of what they have learned and to practice their skills in collating and disseminating information.
