Course Description and Goals:
Student understanding the territorial sea, continental shelf and E.E.Z. of maritime delimitation for marine area overlapping regarding international law and practice, and teaching to the case study of east and south China Sea.
Schedule Type:
All teach time in the classroom, and 2 hours attitude classroom to see the adjacent and opposite area of North Sea Coast.
Course Schedule (subject to change):
Firstly, teaching maritime delimitation of theory; Secondary, including convention and customary international legal principle; and finally case study.
