Objective: Student understanding the territorial sea, continental shelf and E.E.Z. of maritime delimitation for marine area overlapping regarding international law and practice, and teaching to the case study of east and south China Sea.
Course Prerequisites:
International Law, International Law of the sea and Marine Policy etc.
Outline: Delimitation of Overlapping Maritime Areas of Territorial Seas, Continental Shelves, and Exclusive Economic Zones
Teaching Method:
All teach time in the classroom, and 2 hours attitude classroom to see the adjacent and opposite area of North Sea Coast.

Course Schedule (subject to change):
Firstly, teaching maritime delimitation of theory; Secondary, including convention and customary international legal principle; and finally case study.
Evaluation: Class attendance and final report.
