Course Description and Goals:

By means of human rights issues for discussion, we may learn the scope and the limit of particular identity-related Constitutional rights. 02. To see, in the Internet age, kinds of newly emerging human rights and its content. 03. To help our students obtaining the relevant knowledge and cultivating the mind and law-abiding spirit in this class.
