Minutes from 6-1-2017 Meeting

Met at Police Precinct, 19 Present!

Called to order at 7:00 pm by President Dennis Foster.

Welcome and Introductions, Around the room. John Parish had found old directories of our club

and invited members to take one home with them.

Motion to accept minutes and treasurer’s report as posted on website

By John Parish, 2^nd by Mr. Hall, passed by acclamation.

Old /New Business /Announcement

CORRECTION * June 17, 2017 Diabetes Bike Ride was cancelled! Sorry for misinformation!

*We will attend Field Day on June 24 and 25 in Germantown at the Pickering Building

at 7771 Poplar Pike. Call sign for Field Day will be W4E.

*NO MEETING IN JULY BECAUSE OF FIELD DAY!!!

*Purchase of new 900 MHz repeater recommended and approved by board

because no parts are available to fix the repeaters we have down and out of service.
