MARA - Minutes for April 6, 2014

Meeting at police Precinct, 25 people attended

Foster called meeting to order at 7:00 pm

Discussed software orders must be turned in by April 6.

Motion to accept Treasurer report by Parish, 2^nd by Stone, accepted by acclimation

Denise Ganucheau mentioned volunteers for Tour de Cure.

Pat Lane mentioned MARS exercise for weekend of May 8. Ham and one group at ODR in Millington and Pat and another group at Wynn Arkansas corp. of Engineers facility.

TEMA state communications exercise May 1 to 4 over 80 signed up. Contact Pat for more info.

Short Program

Talked about FreeFest. Asked for more volunteers

Short program by Brignole on power modules and causes of module failure in VHF and UHF radios

Showed photos of Emerson estate and described some of the equipment.
