Taco Keto Pizza

Ingredients:

1 lb Ground beef

4 links of hot or mild sausages (uncooked)

1 tsp virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp of salt

3 tbsp Taco Seasoning (store-bought or home-made)

1 Romaine lettuce (chopped small)

1 medium tomatoes (chopped in small chunks)

3/4 cup Cheddar, Sharp Cheddar and Colby Jack Mixed cheese (shredded)

2 tbsp of fresh chopped Parsley

1/2 red onion chopped

1/3 cup Sour cream (drizzle on top of your pizza)

Instructions:

Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Add ground beef, sausage, salt. Stir fry, breaking up the pieces with a spatula, for about 10, until the beef is browned and moisture has evaporated.

Once that’s done use 2-3 tablespoons of water and mix in your taco seasoning into the meat mixture. Stir well until its all combined and it has soaked up all the juices.

**Once your crust is made pull out of the oven and set aside.

Add ground beef mixture to the top (covering all around leaving 1/4 inch uncovered from the edge)

Add your cheese of choice to the top

Add chopped Romaine, chopped parsley, red onion, and chopped tomatoes, you can add some sliced black olives. (I did to my slice)

Hint* (take your sour cream and place it in a salad cup with a tablespoon of water & Mix well)

Drizzle Sour cream mixture <3

Slice pizza in 8 Slices...
