Jeles Stuffed Chicken Breasts

What you will need: 4 large chicken Breasts Filleted (Sliced 3/4 of the way)

What Ingredients you will need for Spinach Artichoke (stuffing)

8 oz. cream cheese, well softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 garlic clove, minced (1 tsp)

2/3 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Pepper, to taste

1 (14 oz) can quartered artichoke hearts, can liquid drained, squeeze artichokes to drain excess liquid, chopped

6 oz. frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain excess liquid

Stuff it just like I did.


You will need Garlic, Mrs. Dash Salt Free, Pepper, Salt, Onion powder, Adobo. See the video and see how I prepared the chicken. Enjoy It's TRULY YUMMY!!


Pre~ heat the oven at 350* leave for 20 minutes then turn it up to 375* for another 20 minutes ( check ~ Chicken temp 165*) If it needs to stay in the oven at 375 for a few more minutes, that will be fine. IF you Like: add a little Mozzarella to the top of the chicken Breasts and up the heat to 400* for 10 minutes (this part only if you want too, I did) 📷:)

One Stuffed Chicken breast has about 210 Calories 📷

Note: All ovens are different so you may need to adjust the temp.
