Jess’s Pecan Praline “Keto” Candy, By Jeles

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup chopped Pecans (Almonds or Walnuts)

1/2 cup Truvia brown sugar

1 cup Monkfruit

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup heavy cream

3 tbsp salted butter

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tsp Bob’s Red Mill Arrowroot

Pinch of Sea Salt

IMPORTANT:

Preheat the oven at 375 degrees, take a cookie sheet line with parchment paper and place Pecans or your Nut of choice and toast them until lightly browned and smell heavenly, (set aside) DO NOT BURN :) Should take a about 5-8 minutes

Instructions:

In a pot, combine the brown sugar, Monk fruit, over medium heat, now add the heavy cream

Stir, and bring to a boil

Let boil for 1-2 minutes then add in the pecans, and butter, Stir

Remove the pot from the heat, and add in the vanilla, cinnamon and the arrowroot

Stir the ingredients, and let cool for 3 minutes

Now stir the mixture, until it starts to thicken

Drop by spoonful's onto on wax paper and let the candy cool and firm or you can just pour it and then break off the pieces <3

You can refrigerate just until firm
