Jeles' Keto Pasta Noodles
Who say's we can't enjoy PASTA??
1/2 cup of cream cheese
4 tbsp of butter
8 tbsp of Almond flour
1/2 tsp of Xanthan gum
1/2 tsp of salt
8 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven at 300*
Add all the ingredients to a Blender or any Kitchen mixer :)
Mix all together until nice and smooth
Prepare your baking sheet by spraying it lightly and covering it with parchment paper
Pour mixture into your baking sheet and using a spatula, gently spread the mixture evenly spreading it as thin as you can.
NOTE: For Lasagna noodles leave it a tad bit thicker
Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes
Once Pasta is baked, let it cool and gently cut into the shape you are looking for :) You can also roll it and then cut it :)
I use a large 1/2 sheet baking pan <3
