Jeles’ Broccoli Salad
Jeles’ Broccoli Salad
Ingredients:
8 cups chopped broccoli florets
6 ounces sharp cheddar, cut into very small cubes (you can use what ever cheese you like)
¼ cup diced red onion
3/4 cup of Mayo (I use Mayo Olive oil)
2 to 3 tablespoons of ACV (apple cider vinegar) I love it so I use 3 :)
¼ cup thinly sliced almonds
1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
Instructions:
Mix all in a huge bowl and refrigerate for an hour before serving!
Great side dish. Yummy
