Jeles’ Broccoli Salad


Ingredients:

  • 8 cups chopped broccoli florets

  • 6 ounces sharp cheddar, cut into very small cubes (you can use what ever cheese you like)

  • ¼ cup diced red onion

  • 3/4 cup of Mayo (I use Mayo Olive oil)

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of ACV (apple cider vinegar) I love it so I use 3 :)

  • ¼ cup thinly sliced almonds

  • 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds

  • 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

Instructions:

Mix all in a huge bowl and refrigerate for an hour before serving!

Great side dish. Yummy
