Skyler's Strawberry~Licious "Keto" Bombs, BY JELES

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter

2 tbsp. Monk fruit

2 tbsp. of Heavy Cream

1 package sugar-free strawberry Jell-O (I used 1/2 of the package)

1 tsp Vanilla extract

3 cups frozen strawberries (important use frozen) (chopped)

1/2 cup Lilly's sugar-free dark chocolate chips (for drizzling) or (you can chop them up and roll them)

Instructions:

Cover a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper

In a medium bowl

Add cream cheese, butter, (room temperature) heavy cream, vanilla extract, monk fruit and stir until smooth

Stir in the sugar-free strawberry Jell-O (I used 1/2 of the package but you can add more if you choose too)

Now fold in chopped frozen strawberries

Place in freezer for a good 15-20 minutes, this will make it easier to handle

AFTER 15 minutes remove from Freezer:

Scoop into small golf-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet

Now here is the thing... You can melt the chocolate chips and drizzle the fat bombs or chop up the chocolate chips and roll the fat bombs~ all up to you

Freeze the fat bombs for 2 hours

Once frozen place in a airtight container and place them back in the freezer for when you want something sweet
