Jeles’ Crustless Quiche

Ingredients:

1 Small Container of Heavy Cream

1/4 cup of chicken broth

1/2 cup of half and half

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

2-3 Dashes of Hot Sauce

8 eggs

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tablespoon garlic

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 tsp of Mrs. Dash (salt free)

Cheddar Cheese (enough to cover the top)

Instructions:

Preheat oven 350’

In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix well.

Spray a (2) 9’ deep pie dish

Fill the pie dish with what ever you like.

I did mushrooms, broccoli, bacon and a little green peppers and then topped it with cheddar cheese to cover the top.

EXAMPLES: Broccoli, mushrooms, bacon, sliced ham, sliced turkey, grilled chicken, peppers, spinach... its endless.. Use your imagination for your fillings <3

NOTE:

NOW: Pour liquid mixture (split in half) for each pie dish.

Place in oven for 20-25.

Then check it and lower heat to 325 for another 20-25.

*Every oven is different so if it needs another few it’s fine.

The quiche will have a nice light brown color and as long as it doesn’t giggles its ready.

Wait till cool and cut into 8 slices.
