REALE’S SASSY SEAFOOD SALAD, BY JELES

Ingredients:

1 lb crabmeat (cut as you wish) (1 can 16 oz)

1/2 Medium red onion (chopped small)

2-4 celery stalks (more or less whatever you prefer)

1 lemon * (squeezed) (you’ll need 2-3 tsp of the juice)

1/2 tsp of old bay

1/2 Cup of Mayo

1 ½ tbsp of fresh Dill or Parsley

Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions:

Chop up your crabmeat and place in a large Bowl

Add onions, chopped celery, stir...

Add lemon juice mix well (add more if you like, I do )

Now add your old bay and stir well

Add the Mayo, salt and pepper to taste

Last step add you fresh Dill or Fresh Parsley and mix well

Place in sealed container and refrigerate for up to 4 days.

If it lasts that long
