Wiza’s Walnut Chip Brownies, BY JELES

Ingredients:


3/4 cup butter

3/4 cup Lily’s Chocolate Chips Unsweetened (pull and save ¼ cup)

1/2 cup Anthony’s Almond Flour

1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

½ cup Walnuts (chopped)

2 tbsp Chocolate pudding “powder only” (Jell-O pudding - Sugar Free)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup Monk Fruit

3 large eggs


Instructions:


Preheat oven 350 *

Take a 8 x 8 inch pan spray and line with parchment paper

In a mixing bowl, combine all your dry ingredients and mix well

Combine butter with half the chocolate and melt on medium heat until warm and melted

Whisk together until combined

In a large bowl use an electric mixer and beat your eggs well

Now add the chocolate and butter mixture to your eggs slowly and continue mixing

Add all your dry ingredients slowly, and continue mixing until smooth

Fold in ¼ cup of chocolate chips and the walnuts

Place batter into an 8 x 8-inch pan covered with parchment paper

Bake the brownies for 15-20 minutes, check with toothpick

Remove from the oven

Cool in pan for 20 minutes

Stick in freezer for 20-30 minutes before you cut them
