Jeles’ Cheesy Biscuits ~Keto Style

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cups Almond flour

¼ tsp salt

1 tbsp baking powder

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp Mrs Dash (salt free)

2 large eggs

1/2 cup sour cream

4 tbsp unsalted butter melted

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp parsley


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 425* ~ Lightly grease muffin pan.

  • In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, salt, baking powder, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash, thyme, parsley and onion powder.

  • In a small bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, butter. Mix until smooth. ** Now pour into large bowl with dry ingredients.

  • Mix with a spoon until batter is completely mixed together. It will be thick now add cheese and mix.

  • Scoop about a ¼ cup of batter and place into muffin mold. It will be sticky so you may want to use a plastic spatula to remove all the batter from the measuring cup.

  • Bake biscuits about 10-12 or until tops are golden and Check with a toothpick in the middle if its clean then its done :)

  • Let cool slightly.

NOTE* Cupcake pan will make 12

I used a larger muffin pan (6) and baked them for 25 minutes )
