Jeles's Keto Style Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

1 pound top sirloin steak, cut into cubes or strips

6 tablespoons of coconut oil

1 small red onion diced

12 ounces of Mushrooms, sliced

1/4 dry white wine

3 cloves of garlic, minced

1 cup of Beef stock

1 cup of heavy Cream

1 tablespoon fresh Parsley, chopped

1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash (Salt Free Herb)

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

NOTE: 1 spaghetti Squash cooked

(I use Spaghetti product (Non-pasta) from Aldi's I can't have any Squash or Zucchini.

BUT... you can <3

Instructions:

Melt 3 tablespoons of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Saute the beef strips/chunks until golden brown, add salt and pepper, Mrs. Dash and season your beef. :)

Remove beef from pan and set aside.

Add 3 more tablespoons of coconut oil, sliced mushrooms, onions and garlic and saute.

Once the onion, mushrooms are cooked add the wine and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add your broth, and heavy cream and stir until the sauce comes together.

Add the beef back to the pan, and allow them to simmer on low for about 5-8 minutes.

Serve on top of cooked Spaghetti Squash, and garnish with fresh parsley.
