Jeles' Crabby Crab Dip
ONE OF MY FAVORITES!!! Holiday worthy!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese
2 teaspoons of minced Garlic
1 tsp of Goya Adobo
1/2 Mayonnaise
16 ounces of fresh Crab meat
1/2 pickled jalapenos, finally chopped
2 dashes of Hot sauce
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire
1/3 cup of Bob's Red Mill almond meal
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*
NOTE~ Use a oven safe glass dish ~ something you can use to also serve :)
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients **except oil and almond meal**
NOTE: Take this mixture and place it in a glass oven safe dish...
In a small sauce pan melt coconut oil over medium heat and add Almond meal and continue to stir well until it turns golden brown
*Finish it off by sprinkling the almond meal crumbles on top of the mixture :)
Bake for 30 minutes
Serve HOT!!
