Jeles’ Garlic Lemon Butter Salmon Jeles’

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. salmon fillet, skin removed

Kosher salt

Mrs. Dash (Salt free)

Thyme (if you prefer)

Freshly ground black pepper

4 tbsp. butter, melted

1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley

2 Lemons (sliced)

1/2 lemon *(See below)

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Line a large, baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with cooking spray. Place the sliced Lemon under the salmon and then top with all the seasoning... salt, Mrs Dash (salt free) thyme and pepper. ( I use my cast iron pan)

  • In a small bowl, mix together butter, Parmesan, Thyme and parsley. Coat salmon with mixture, patting to cover in an even layer.

  • * Only if you want! (extra lemon I squeeze 1/2 of one and pour the lemon juice over the salmon before I add all the spices)

  • Turn the foil up around the salmon (not covering the Salmon)

  • Bake until the salmon is cooked through, about 25 minutes.

  • Switch oven to broil and broil until top begins to turn lightly golden, about 2 more minutes.
