Jeles’ Sweet & Spicy Candied Pecans

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups unsalted pecans

3 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup butter

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp Kosher salt

1/2 cup Anthony’s Erythritol

1 cup of Truvia Brown Sugar


INSTRUCTIONS:

Melt the butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl

Add the vanilla, erythritol, brown sugar, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, salt and cinnamon to the melted butter mixture

Add the 4 cups of pecans and mix well

Line baking sheet with parchment paper and pour Pecan mixture on to the baking sheet

Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Watch closely, they will easily turn dark and burn

Completely cool before you touch them so that they can harden

Store in an airtight container
