Jeles' Yum Yum Pizza

Ingredients for the Dough

6 oz pre-shredded part skim mozzarella

5 tbsp butter (no salt) That’s what I use :)

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup coconut flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp garlic

1/4 tsp Goya Adobo (optional)

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 Mrs. dash (salt free) (optional)

1 large Egg

How to make the Dough:

In a large size saucepan, melt the cheese and butter together over low heat until they are melted and can be stirred together.

Remove from heat...now add your almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic, salt, Goya adobo and (who can forget Maria’s favorite) Mrs. Dash. Now add your Large egg and stir everything together until will mixed while in the pan.

Take the dough out and place it on your parchment paper, knead the dough just a little bit...

*Watch the video and see how I do this. *

NOTE: You can use a pizza pan, a cookie sheet, I use a cast iron pan. :)

Pre-heat oven at 375* (every oven is different so keep an eye on your dough)

NOW: Once you have the shape you like, place in the oven for 10-15 minutes until pizza has a nice tan color to it. (this is important)* If you need to leave it longer then the 15 minutes do so, just keep a good eye on it, you don’t want to burn the pizza dough.

Once its a color you like take out of the oven. Then THE FUN BEGINS!!!

Add your pizza sauce to the Pizza crust :) then add your favorite cheese, then top it with your favorite toppings.

**Note: (for this one I added chicken, mushrooms, steamed broccoli and then I topped it off with fresh grated Parmesan) You can use whatever your heart desires! (olives, peppers, sausage, red onions, pepperoni, bacon...etc...It’s endless!!

Now place the pizza back in the oven until its starts to bubble up and you like the color of your pizza. I can tell you to leave it for another 15 minutes, but, I use a cast iron pan so I leave mine in for about 20 minutes at 375* Once I like the color I remove it from the oven.

Place the pizza on a cutting board wait 5 minutes or so and cut pizza. (I cut it into 8 slices)

Enjoy!!! This is amazing!!!

Much love, Maria
