Jeles’ Portuguese “Mariscada” Keto Style

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound asparagus spears, ends removed

3 tbsp Virgin olive oil

1 tbsp minced garlic

3/4 tsp Kosher salt

1/2 tsp of Mrs dash (salt free)

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp Goya Adobo

1 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425*

Lightly grease a baking sheet.

Arrange asparagus on baking sheet. set to the side.

In a small bowl mix together olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, Goya Adobo and Ms. Dash.

Drizzle the oil mixture over the asparagus and toss them to get them evenly coated.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until it begins to get tender. Do NOT over bake them.

Remove from oven and top with the mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and broil or grill until the cheese melts and becomes golden brown (about 5 minutes).

Adjust salt and pepper, if needed. Serve immediately.
