Jeles’ Chicken & Veggie “Air Fryer”
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breast, chopped into bite-size pieces (3 medium chicken breasts)
1 1/2 cup broccoli florets
1 zucchini chopped (if you can’t have zucchini or don’t like it replace it with cauliflower instead)
1 cup bell pepper chopped
1/2 onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash (Salt Free Herb)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat air fryer to 400*
Chop the veggies and chicken into small bite-size pieces and transfer to a large bowl
Add the oil and seasoning to the bowl and mix to combine
Add the chicken and veggies to the preheated air fryer
Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway
Wait until the chicken and veggies are charred and chicken is cooked through
