This Policy Is Put in Place To Ensure All of Our Driver Are Compliant With the Speed Limit of the Road, and To Take the Needed Action Incase of a Violation, Ensuring the Safety of Our Drivers and Assets
The Report will be run on a daily basis for the previous day (Through ETIT)
Once the report data is refined and added to the "Speed Violations" sheet the C&D specialist will take the needed action
Only speeds of 121 KMH or above is considered as a speed violation
Investigation
Open the London Cab dispatching system following this link: ALTAIR Fleet Management System "ETIT"
Type in one of the below "Username" and "Password"
Then click on login.
From the top list hover over "Reports"
Then Select "GPS Reports"
3. Click on "Violation Detail Report"
4. Select the "From" date making sure the the time is set to (00:00)
5. Select the "To" date making sure the the time is set to (23:59)
6. Select the "Brach" as: ابو غالي تورز
7. Select the "Group" as: ليموزين
8. Click on "Search"
9. Click on "Export To Excel"
Open the excel sheet you downloaded and copy the data from to the "Speed Violation" sheet, to a new tab named after the day of the violations
2. Create a "Pivot Table" to your data to remove duplicate violations, making sure to filter out any speed values below 120 KMH
Logging in the Dispatching System
Open the London Cab dispatching system following this link: London Cab Dispatching
Type in your "Username" and "Password", then click on login.
Ticket Search
Click on "Operations"
Choose "Tickets List"
Click on "Show Search"
In the "Assigned Car" field, add the car plate number
Filter by choosing the day of the vilation" from the "Pick Up Date Time (From) & (To)" fields, amking sure that the tin is from "00:00" to "23:59"
Click on "Search"
You will need to check the "Pick Up Date", and correlate it with the time of the violation to Identify the driver under the "Assigned Driver" field
Always refer to the drivers schedule to be sure that the violation occurred during his shift
Action

Mark the complaint as "Invalid" in the tracker sheet, see here how

Open the "LC Coaching & Deduction Scheme"
Find the violation under "columns B & C"
You will find the required action depending on the instance number, like the example shown below.
Depending on the driver's history take one of the below actions
Coaching
Call the driver and coach him about the incident and how dangerous it is to drive above the speed limit for his safety and the safety of the customer, and this also may subject him to traffic violations and how critical this is for safety and our business
Coaching & Deduction
Call the driver for coaching
Apply the relevant deduction depending in the number of instances, see here how to apply deduction
Educate the driver about the amount of the deduction
Termination
Send and Email to both HR & Legal team with the details of the case
