Below is the phone number on the dispatching

You can only accept bookings if the call is made through the above-mentioned number belonging to Ms. "Shahira Kareem" from Orascom
Select the payment method as invoice
To book the desired ride for the customer, follow the steps here: Booking Flow, noting that for out-of-coverage zones make you response clear that we don't cover such an area
Once the ride is booked reply in an internal note with the ride ID

Contact Type 2: Done from our side
Contact Type 3: Invoice
