Instead, when a driver arrives at the designated location, they contact our operations team. The operations team then acts as a bridge between the driver and the customer by merging the call.

Solution:

1- The driver will call you on the number of the operation

2- you will search on the ticket list page by (captain name/number/ride date) to obtain the customer's number

3- Customer phone number will appear and you can contact the customer and merge the call with the captain to inform him about his location and then close the call
