Luggage issue (Requested sedan when he/she need a cab for a lot of luggage)
Click On "Operations"
Click On "Tickets List"
Click On "Show Search"
Add the search parameters in the search fields, then click on "Search"
5. Click on "Details", on the booking in question
6. Click on "Ticket Status"
7. Click on "Canceled"
8. Click on "Cancellation Reason"
9. Choose the cancellation reason
10. Click on "Save"
