If the customer is asking to change the pickup or dropoff in the same area, for example, if the customer's pickup or drop-off is in Maadi and he/she wants to change one of them to somewhere in Maadi, there is no need to cancel the ride and book another one, you need to leave a comment on the ride with the new update details.
For airport rides, if the customer requests to modify the pickup or drop-off location to a specific airport terminal, you can leave a comment with the terminal number in the comment section.
Incase the payment methos is not "Credit" you need to educate the customer hoe to modify the location from the app

3. To Edit the Pickup address go to the "From Address" fields, to Edit the Drop Off address go to the "To Address" Fields
The first field is for the city and should be left as is
The second field is for the general area, you must update it according to the customer's input (Select from the drop-down menu)
The Third field is for the specific area, you must update it according to the customer's input (Select from the drop-down menu)
The last final is for the detailed description of the address
4. Click on "Save"
Enter modifying the booking resend the confirmation email as shown below

Educate the customer that since the ride fare is dynamic if there is any additional distance will be added to the ride automatically as extra distance fees.
