The Customer Will Mention That He/She Is An Orange Customer And Would Like To Use His Orange Loyality Points To Have A Discount On His/Her Booking
For back office team members (Chat & Email) advise the customer to call our call center team on 19670 to help redeem their points.
Get pickup, drop-off, date/time & ride type from the customer and create it on the dispatcher
Before confirming the trip and on the page where you enter the promo code, pause actions on the dispatcher and follow the below
Agent access Orange Portal
Go to Transactions > Orange Redemption:
Login to the Orange Loyalty Portal: https://ewa.e-points.net/Stations/Administration/Login/Login.aspx
Use 2303 as username & password
Enter the customer’s mobile number in “Dial/Account Number/Vouchers” field, Amount in LE. For Invoice, use today’s date in YYMMDD format & last 3 digits of customer's phone.
Enter Amount in LE (If a customer is not sure how much they have, they can call 8000 (Orange Customer Service)
If a message with insufficient balance comes up, ask the customer to lower the LE amount or call Orange to confirm Points

If the customer has enough balance, an OTP will be sent to their phone that you enter on the portal:
Once the redemtion is successfull you will see the below message
Go back to dispatcher and use one of the vouchers from the list below with an amount equivalent to the Orange points redeemed
Enter Receipt number in the Booking Comment
I you helped the customer with the redeemption and he/she will book use the below case/issue:
Contact Reason
Contact Type 1: I want to book
Contact Type 2: Done from our side
Contact Type 3: Used Orange points

Orange 8000 Booking Scenario
If the customer booked through calling Orange "8000" and he/she had an issue that there was no discount applied to his/her ride, refer the customer to Orange by calling 8000 as this issue can be investigated and solved from Orange's end not London Cab
