The customer is complaining that he/she paid the amount of the ride to the driver in cash, and the amount of the ride is added to his/her account as a negative balance
NOTE: Cash payment is not allowed in London Cab and is strictly prohibited; however, you may face this case if the driver collects cash from the customer instead of using the POS, acting against the company's policy, or after having an exception to collect cash in very extreme cases
