A Customer Is Asking To Modify Trip Details, But Calling From A Different Phone Number Or A Land Line
The Dispatching system will show the below:
Prompting you to create a new customer profile as the current number is not registered.
As a good practice, remove the "2" before the phone number and search with on the number to check if the phone number is already registered to an account, for example "if the number appearing above is "201234567890" delete the "2" and search with "01234567890"
If no account still appears, ask the customer if he/she for the registered phone number that he/she used for booking:
If the customer is calling from a different number you need to follow the verification process before any action
Any action or releasing data should after providing the ride ID, the customer's number or asking the caller to give the phone to the customer
To verify ask the customer to provide you with he booking ID
Hover over "Operations"
Click on "Add Ticket"
3. Type the registered phone number in "Mobile Number"
4. Click on "Search"
