The Customer Is Requesting Entering The Airport From The Driver Despite Him/Her Booking An Hourly Package
Educate the customer on the extra fees that will be added, as shown below:
300 EGP for all car types
The extra fee will be added to the overall fare.
For Call Center Team:
If the customer agrees to the extra charges and still wants to enter the airport, send an email with the ticket number to the Operations team at "controlroom@sixt.com.eg" to edit the ride for airport entry and thus adjusting the fare
