A Customer Is Asking To Book With Us And He/She Is An Existing Customer, But Calling From A Different Phone Number Or A Land Line

This prompts you to create a new customer profile as the current number is not registered.
As a good practice, remove the "2" before the phone number and search within the number to check if the phone number is already registered to an account, for example "if the number appearing above is "201234567890" delete the "2" and search with "01234567890"
If no account still appears, ask the customer if he/she is already registered with us using another phone number that he/she would like to use for booking:
If No, follow the steps shown here
If the customer refuses to create a new account with the number that he/she is calling us from and insists on booking the ride on the existing phone number, please follow the verification process as follows:
Saved Card
Ask for the last four digits of the credit card before creating the booking.
New Card "Payment Link"
If the customer is unable or can't remember the last 4 digits of the saved card
Educate the customer that you will send a payment link to the registered email on the profile and he/she can pay through it.
DO NOT SHARE THE REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS WITH THE CUSTOMER
In case they want to use a new or different email, inform him/her that it's not possible, and instead you can advise the customer to book from the phone number he/she is calling from
Balance
The customer wants to pay using the account balance
Do not proceed with the booking the customer has 2 options:
Call from the same number on the profile
Book from the phone number he/she is calling from
Proceed with the booking with no need for verification in case of a pay in cab only
For any other paymnet method follow the same steps above "Cairo & Sharm El-Sheikh"
If Yes, follow the below steps
Hover over "Operations"
Click on "Add Ticket"
3. Type the registered phone number in "Mobile Number"
4. Click on "Search"
Customer account Located successfully
If the customer wants to book for someone else you can book from the customers account but make sure to add the number of the other customer he/she wants to book for in the contact as shown below
If you found 2 account with the same No. you have to merge the 2 accounts, as shown here
