These promo codes are not added to the app by default and the customer needs to add them manually in the voucher section in the side menu or while booking, see here how to
Personalized/Complaints Promo Codes
These vouchers are given to the customer as a special perk or as compensation for an unpleasant experience with LC
Check the previous complaint tickets on Freshdesk to communicate the voucher with the customer
If a customer applies a promo code, it will only apply to the ride fare and will not cover the due amount.
The Customer Is Asking How To Use His/Her Vouchers/Birthday Promo/Loyalty Points
Vouchers are Limited by the below Conditions:
Each voucher offers a discount that can be in the form of:
Discount Amount
Discount Percentage (With a max cap for the amount discounted)
Validity period
Specialized to a service or product type (LEVC only for example)
It can be used only once or multiple times
Can be public or specialized to a specific segment
If the customer cancels within safe time or the ride is marked as lost business, the voucher is automatically restored.

To know if a voucher was applied or not use the below steps:
This sheet will have all the details of the available promo codes you can use it to check the Terms and Conditions of the promo code
Note that the promo code is validated against the day of the ride not the day of the booking, meaning for example if the customer is trying to book a ride on May 29th for the day of June 1st and the promo code expires May 30th the promo code won't be applicable.
Educate the customer that he/she can check the voucher section in the app to be able to view all his/her available voucher.
Note:
The app notifications are removed after 3 days.
If a customer inquiries about an offer or promo code that was sent a few days ago and can no longer find it, kindly inform them that it was a limited-time offer. Let the customer know they can wait for upcoming offers or promos in the future.

Promo Code Application Rules with Existing Fixed Discounts
If the customer has a fixed discount through a corporate deal or like for example AGM empolyees discount, and is attempting to apply a promo code, one of the following scenarios will happen:
If the voucher discount is lower than the fixed discount, for example, the voucher offers a 10% discount while the customer has a fixed discount of 20%, the voucher won't be applied as shown in the screenshot on the right.
If the voucher discount is equal to the fixed discount, for example, the voucher offers a 20% discount while the customer has a fixed discount of 20%, the voucher will be applied normally.
If the voucher discount is higher than the fixed discount, for example, the voucher offers a 25% discount while the customer has a fixed discount of 20%, the voucher will be applied normally.
The Voucher and the fixed discount can not be applied at the same time.
The Customer will have a birthday voucher added to the voucher section in the app at the date of his/her birthday
The voucher gives the user a 10% discount on one trip
The Promo code will be added on the first day of the month of the customer's birthday, for example:
If the customer is born on the 11th of March the promo code will be added to the voucher section the first day of March
The voucher is only valid for the month of the customer's birthday, for example:
If the customer is born on the 11th of March the promo code will be valid from the first to the last day of March
This promo code is only applicable to:
Safe rides
Airport transfer
This promo code can only be applied using the app, and can't be applied while booking from your side.
The promo code is recurring meaning that you the customer will get a birthday promo code on the month of their birth every year
If the customer is complaining that he/she is unable to see the promo code in the voucher section and it is their birthday month follow the steps shown here

All New Customer Creating an account will have a promo code: Welcome30
The promo code is automatically provided when the customer downloads the app for the first time and cannot be added manually.
The promo code will give the customer a 30% discount
The promo code can be used only for the first ride with no expiry date (First ride from the app)
This promo code is only applicable for:
Safe rides
Airport transfer
This promo code can only be applied suing the app, can't be applied while booking from your side.
If any promo code is available for airport rides, it applies exclusively to one-way airport rides unless explicitly stated otherwise as 'airport-round trip.
Orange Customers will be able to redeem a voucher applying a 20 % discount on 4 rides, the customer can redeem the voucher using the below steps:
The customer can follow the normal steps to apply this promo code to a ride, you can find the T&Cs for the promo code here "sheet"
Loyalty Points are a way of giving back to our customers, every time a customer uses our service he/she will she will be rewarded as follows:
If the customer has less than 300 loyalty points he/she will not be able to use these points
With every EGP spent the customer will receive 1 Point, totaling the end to 5% percent of the ride's fare as cashback, however prime customers get double that
These points can be used later on to give discounts on upcoming trips (Every 1000 points = 50 EGP)
The customer can redeem points less than 1000 "Each 20 points equals 1 EGP"
Limozeenak rides don't add loyalty points to the customer only London Cab rides Does.
The loyalty points are not being applied as a payment methods on the limo rides.
Loyalty points are frozen if the customer doesn't use the service for 3 months and are reactivated after completing a ride.
Loyalty points are considered a payment method, so if the customer pays using loyalty points, it will be set as the default payment method for his/her upcoming ride. If the customer wishes to use his/her CC. he/she needs to change the payment method and disable the points while booking.
If Loyalty Point or Balance was used this will be returned back to the customer's account
If the customer cancelled within safe time the loyality points are automatically restorer
