The Customer Is Requesting To Change His/Her Account Date (Name - Email - Mobile Number)
The customer can only change:
His/her First & Last Name.
His/her Email Address (Only if the new email is not already registered to an existing account).
His/her "Mobile Number2".
The customer can not change:
His/her "Mobile" Number Used For Registration.
Advise the customer that he/she can create a new account with the other number.
These Changes are both possible from our side and from the customer's app except adding or change "Mobile Number 2"
Once you change any of these account details advice the custom to log out then login again, to be able to see the changes.
If the customer requests to add another phone number to the account, Do Not suggest or recommend adding the "Mobile Number2" field, as it would not be practical in any way
Instead, add the number as a contact so the customer can get notifications. "This can also be done for already booked rides by modifying the booking."
Follow the below steps to change either the:
Customer Name
Email Address
Second phone number
In case you receive the below error this means that the new email is already registered at LC and the customer needs to provide a new email
