Customer Changes The Route

Description:

• During the ride customer may change the route for any reason so the driver has to call the operations to add the difference in the ride fees, if the change is a minor change.

Solution:

1- Open the customer's ride on the dispatching system from the ticket list by (captain name/number/ride date) then press "Search":

3- Press "Add Change Route" then "Ok"

Note: the extra fees is 50 EGP

Solution:

Airport Ride

• Cancel the current ride see here how, if it is an airport trip as it is non-editable whether it is from or to the airport

• Create 2 bookings for the customer, see here how to, the first booking is from the pickup point to the first destination, and the second booking is from the first destination to the original drop-off point

• Assign the same driver to the ride, see here how to

• Edit the drop off point details 

• Create 2nd bookings for the customer, see here how to, the second booking is from the first destination to the original drop-off point
