Verify the number with the Ops (Limo/Cairo/Gouna)
Reach the customer with the driver through the Ops
Apology to the customer and confirm that he was contacted with the driver
Submit a Freshdesk complaint using the steps shown here

Contact Type 1: Issue with ride (Before getting onboard)
Contact Type 2: I cant reach the driver
Contact Type 3: Driver does not answer
