Customer is requesting a change to the trip's timing
Once the request is received from the CS team
If you received the request within 60 minutes of the ride pickup time, cancel the ride as shown here, as the customer here will be charged
Create a new booking with the new pickup time as shown here, the assign a driver to the booking as shown here
If the request is before 60 minutes follow the below steps:
Click On "Operations"
Click On "Tickets List"
Click On "Show Search"
Add the search parameters in the search fields, then click on "Search"
5. Click on "Details", on the booking in question
3. Click on the Calendar icon in the "Pick Up Date" field and choose the new pick up date if the customer is requesting date change
4. Click on the Clock icon in the "Pick Up Date" field and choose the new pick up time if the customer is requesting time change
5. Type in the minutes by hand after selecting the hour
6. Click on "Save"
