Type in your "Username" and "Password", then click on login.

Choose "Tickets List"
Click on "Show Search"
In the "Ticket Id" field, add the ticket number
Filter by choosing a further date "usually the same day of the t" from the "Pick Up Date Time (From)" field
Also, you can search with other different aspects

After searching you can fin the booking with the below details:

3- Ticket source: (Call center, Website, application)
4- Pick-up date and time, From and to Area
5- Ticket Fees and how the customer will pay it
6- Assigned driver name and his phone & assigned car
7- Ticket type: and you can see here our trip types
8- the date and time of the booking creation
9- Customer Comment & Operations comment
10- Ticket Status: we have the following status for the ride:
Open - Ride without driver
Assigned - Driver has been assigned
To Customer - The driver is on the way to the customer
At Customer - The driver has arrived to the pick-up location
On The Way - Driver is on the way to the drop-off point
Closed - The driver has completed the ride

1- From the dispatching, you will press on "User Availability"
1- Shifts: You can select the shift that you want to see the available drivers
2- Users: You can select the driver name
3- Date: You can select the date by pressing "From" & "To"
4- Area: Select the area that you want
5- Available Drivers: if you select this option you will see the available driver and if you didn't select it, you will see the available and the unavailable drivers in a specific shift
6- Press "Search"
