The Customer Is Complaining That The Payment Link Is Not Working
The customer may face the following issue
This issue happens becasue the customer leaves or closes the OTP page below then clicks on the payment link again
Educate the customer to wait around 30 minutes and use the payment link again and he/she can avoid this issue by making sure not to close the OTP page or leave it.
Notes:
If the customer will wait 30 minutes to try again, make sure that when the customer tries again it is at least 60 minutes before the ride time.
If when customer tries again it will be within less than 60 minutes from the ride time, book a new ride for the customer after checking the availability.

Contact Type 2: Confirm payment
Contact Type 3: Not paid
Already paid "If the customer was able to pay during the conversation"
