For example: if the written pickup/drop-off location is AUC Tahrir Sq, and the pin on the map is showing another different location this might be due to a wrong saved address
Apologize to the customer for such mistake.
Follow the below steps to take the corrective action.
Delete the wrong "Saved Address" following the below steps:
If the customer is over charged due to the saved address issue, you need to log a complaint, and educate the customer that the issue was due to a wrong saved location.
