Reply by sharing the steps for the account deletion by following the steps shown in the App Manual

If the reason is related to a complaint or dissatisfaction with the service:
Acknowledge the concern empathetically.
Offer to assist with the issue and check if it can be resolved from your end.
If resolution isn’t possible directly, proceed by submitting a formal complaint on behalf of the customer and inform them accordingly.
If the customer insists on account deletion after support is offered:
Guide the customer through the steps to delete the account as shown in the App Manual.
Always aim to retain the customer by addressing their concerns first before proceeding with the deletion steps.
Reply by sharing the steps for the account deletion, if the customer insisted on deleting the account by following the steps shown in the App Manual
Add the reason for deleting the account in the Freshdesk ticket in the Booking Reference from Dispatcher field.
