Below Are The Steps To Create A Voucher
All vouchers are applicable only to Safe and Airport Rides.
Open the "LC Refunds & Compensations Operations" sheet and go to the "Voucher Creator" tab
Choose the "Promo Type" as "Customer Experience"
Choose the "Case Type" as one of the following, depending on the case:
Accident
Cab
Driver
Goodwill
Harrasment
Lateness
Technical
Depending in the case.
Promo Code auto generated
Click on "Create Voucher"
Complaints team (Hamdy & Hossam) have the access to create a voucher on the dispatching.
