When you choose "Ride Now," we'll immediately start looking for the closest available cab. We aim to assign a vehicle to your ride within 45 minutes, getting you on your way as quickly as possible.
If there is no driver within 45 minutes you will receive a message that there are no available drivers and you could schedule "Ride Later" ride at least 60 minutes in advance from the pickup time.
You can book " Ride later " rides at least 60 minutes before your desired pickup time, and up to 30 days in advance from booking day.
The customer can only schedule a ride one hour or more in advance
For any booking using a saved card, London Cab Egypt platform will automatically issue a pre-authorization transaction to verify and confirm validity for the estimated amount for the trip fees and actual deduction of the final trip fees will take place only on trip completion

For any booking using a saved card, London Cab Egypt platform will automatically issue a pre-authorization transaction to verify and confirm validity for the estimated amount for the trip fees:
If the ride is cancelled within the safe time, the pre-authorization transaction is reversed and amount is automatically refunded and the customer will receive a confirmation notification from London Cab. If he/she didn't receive an SMS from the bank they should always refer back to the bank.
If the ride is cancelled outside the safe time, the amount is automatically deducted

The customer while booking he/she will have the two options "Ride Now" or "Ride Later" if the customer chooses the "Ride Now" option we will check for the nearest available cab within 45 minutes and assign it to the ride.
If the customer orders a ride and chooses "Ride Now" instead of "Ride Later", the customer will have 5 minutes to cancel his/her ride, once he/she confirms the booking of the ride, if the customer canceled after 5 minute he/she will not be refunded 0% of the ride price.
The app will assign a driver that far away from the pickup location by 45 minutes maximum, if there is no driver within 45 minutes the user will receive a message that there are no available drivers.
Lost business : If there was no cars available the ride will be reflected on dispatcher "As a Lost Business"
